By David Forer In Notes on some recent wines

A lovely example of a young Eden Valley showing more of the floral character then the citrus of Clare. Bone bone dry but still with a surprisingly high fruit ripeness on top of a strong mineral backbone. Not as closed down as young Aussie Rieslings can seem to be. Searing acidity and with a dense structure that points to a long life ahead. If you can keep your hands off of it, put it down for 5-7 years when it should start developing that aged Aussie Riesling character. A go-to Aussie Riesling for me most vintages and this is one of them. Well done! 91 points.
